USER AGREEMENT
Attention! Please review this User Agreement before using the forcedorp.one website and its software tools.
Registration (authorization) on the website implies your consent to the terms of this User Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, do not register (authorize) on the website or use its software tools.
ForceDrop, on one side, and the person who accepted the offer published on the Internet site https://forcedorp.one/agreement, on the other side, concluded this User Agreement as follows.

Terms and Definitions

In this User Agreement, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below:
"Steam", "Steam Service" An online service provided by Valve Corporation, which owns the rights to Inventory objects. "Owner" ForceDrop "Inventory" The ability to use one of the objects listed in the Case in accordance with the Steam subscriber agreement published on the Internet. "Case" A collection of protected pages of the Website created as a result of User registration, enabling the User to utilize all or some of the Website's functionalities.
Access to the Personal Account is provided in the following order:
- Clicking the "Login via Steam" button on the Website, after which the User is automatically redirected to the site at the Internet address;
- Entering the User's Steam username (subscriber) and password in a special form, clicking the "Login" button located at the Internet address;
or by opening the Website in the case that the User has not previously logged out of the Personal Account by clicking the "Logout" button.
"User" An individual with a Steam account who has entered into the Agreement with the Owner. "Website" A collection of works comprising information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photos, videos, computer programs, and other intellectual property results, excluding Inventory, hosted within the domain forcedorp.one. "Agreement" This User Agreement. "Parties" The Owner and the User. "ucoin/ecoin" Internal digital currency used for paying for goods and services within the project. The purchase of ucoin/ecoin considers the current conversion rate of fiat currency. - All other terms and definitions encountered in the text of the Agreement are interpreted by the Parties according to Estonian law and commonly accepted Internet practices.
- The titles of the headings (articles) of the Agreement are intended solely for convenience and have no literal legal significance.

In this User Agreement, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below:

Conclusion of the Agreement
- The text of the Agreement, permanently posted on the Internet at the network address https://forcedorp.one/agreement, constitutes a public offer under Estonian law.

Proper acceptance of this offer, according to Estonian law, entails the sequential execution of the following actions by a third party:
- Familiarizing themselves with the terms of the Agreement;
- Placing a mark in the special field under the heading "I accept the terms of the User Agreement";
- Authorizing on the Website by following the "Login via Steam" link and completing authorization in the window that opens through an existing Steam account or by creating a new Steam account.

Subject of the Agreement

The Owner provides the User with:
- A free simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Website and its software tools as intended, as stipulated by the Website's and Personal Account's explicit user functions;
- A paid simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Case as intended, with the cost of the license specified on the Website.
- The license mentioned in clause 3.1.1 of the Agreement is provided to the User for the period during which the Website and Personal Account remain available.
- The license mentioned in clause 3.1.2 of the Agreement is provided to the User within the territory where the Case remains available for the User from the moment the User pays the fee for the use of a specific Case until the Inventory is determined using such a Case.

The User is prohibited from:
- Bypassing technical restrictions established on the Website and in the Case;
- Studying the technology, decompiling, or disassembling the Website, Case, and Personal Account, except as explicitly provided by Estonian law;
- Creating copies of the Website, Case, and Personal Account, as well as their external design;
- Modifying the Website, Cases, and Personal Account in any way;
- Performing actions aimed at changing the functionality and performance of the Website, Cases, and Personal Account;
- Providing access to the Personal Account to third parties;
- Performing the above-mentioned actions regarding any part of the Website, Cases, and Personal Account.
